Journalist Leo Aikman said there are four kinds of "bones" in every organization First, there are the Wishbones. They see the problem, talk about it ,and hope that someone will something about it.
Second, there are the Jawbones. They see the problem, talk about it , talk about it some more, but do little else. Third, there are the Knuc klebones. They see the problem, talk about it, and criticize what's being done about it.
