Author and lecturer, Leo Buscaglia, once talked about a contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the cont est was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went i nto the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.When his mother asked him what he had said to the neighbor, the little b oy said, "Nothing.....I just helped him cry." ~ Fr. Pat Umberger

[6:00pm] Freedom Fighter Spaghetti Dinner and Concert

This event will be fully sponsored by the Knights of Columbus .The 4th Degree Assembly will provide the Golden Eagle Concert Band. We are expecting 250-300 people to attend this event. The event is free, but we will be collecting donations. All money collected will go to the Freedom Hu nters to support their programs.
Volunteers are needed to cook, set up, and clean up. Please arrive at 3:00 PM if you would like to help cook and set up.
Will ask Father Nathanial if we can have alcohol at the event.The charge on the alcohol will go back to cover the costs.
