7:30 AM meet at cemetery 7:30-8:30 AM tents, chairs, and flo or mats set up 8:30-9:00 AM BSA perform parking details 9:00-9:30 AM all participants are greeted, given instructions for event 9:15 AM CD music a nd Parker Chorale set up 9:30 AM Harley Owners Group to ride in with US fo lded flag and present 9:45 AM teams are staged and fall out to designated areas 9:55 AM all teams in appropriate place 10:00 AM Ceremonies begin 1 0:00-11:00 AM Veterans' Service of Remembrance Ceremony held 11:00 AM Cere monies end 11:15 AM BSA assist in parking exit
