- Council 8909 has invited our council to join them for a tailgat e at Lot 3, space reserved. Kick-off is at noon. Air Force Base is open 4 hours before the stands open. Stands open 2 hours before game. If intereste d let George know so he can purchase enough game tickets. Cost $27.00 each , plus $10 parking. Please respond by 9/20/17
