A neighborhood grocery store is owned by a couple of simple means. Although they don't talk a lot about God , they live in His presence. Their love for each other makes their store a holy place. Customers leave the store feeling more human.... closer to God.
After a long, twelve-hour day, the couple puts things in order for the next day, turns off the lights, and bolts the door. Then th ey go home, have a glass of wine, watch TV, and say their simple prayers to a friendly God or light a candle to the Madonna. Sometimes they play ca rds or reminisce.
