I've stepped over the line. I am out on the comfort zone.
The decision has been made. I am a follower of Jesus Christ.
I won't loo k back, let up, slow down or back away.
I am finished with low living , small planning, smooth knees, tame visions, chintzy giving and dwarfed goals.
I no longer need pre-eminence, prosperity, positions or popula rity.
I don't have to be right, first, recognized, praised or rewarded.
I now learn by faith, love by patience, lift by prayer and l abor by power. My face is set, my gait is fast.
My goal is heaven, my road is rough, my Guide reliable.
I cannot be bought, compromised, de toured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed.
I will not flinc h in the face of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy or meander in the maze of mediocrity.
I must go on until He comes to get... |
