On the seventh and la st night of the bike trip for AIDS, Mark Bosco wrote in his journal: "The words of novelist Alice Walker came to me as I finished the last few miles - 'I think it annoys God if you walk by the color of purple in a field some where and don't notice it." This whole trip became for me an exercise in no ticing things - the beauty of creation as I pedaled past mountains, farms , and beaches... the diversity of God's people forming a community of frien dship and support in the face of a terrible disease...
